Now recruiting pilot partners for spring 2027 Proudly Canadian

Know your region's skills. Start with one job fair.

Host a paperless Labourly job fair and leave with anonymised skills data on your community: what people can do, what they've done, and which credentials are verified.

What agencies get

The dashboard and funder reports are being built with our pilot partners, so your reporting needs shape them.

Sell tables with real skills data

A live view of the day

Regional skills summaries for funders

A consented talent pool you keep

Concept preview of a regional skills view: a sketch of a future dashboard with panels for registrations, top skills and verified credentials. It holds no real data and is not a live product.

Verified credentials

Newcomers and skilled trades workers can add certifications and have them verified, so their experience counts on the day, and employers see what's current.

Privacy and consent

Candidates choose two things separately at registration: share my profile with employers at this fair, and include me in anonymised regional statistics.

We report aggregates only, never individuals.

Data ownership and roles are agreed in writing with each partner before the fair, in line with Canadian privacy law.

Planning ahead for the 2027 SSM re-bid?

A fair in Feb–Apr 2027 means you'd have local skills data in hand before it.

Who owns the data?

We agree that in writing with you before the fair. Individual profiles are shared only with the candidate's consent, and regional statistics are anonymised and aggregated.

Candidates can register online beforehand or at the door with help from staff, on their own phone or a kiosk. Registration is in English.

How do candidates register?

Online beforehand with a resume, or at the door. On the day, they scan a QR code at each employer's table.

Do employers need training?

No. We set them up and give each table a QR code.
