How the pilot works
- You send the role and your applicantsOne open position and the applicants you have for it, wherever they are today: email, a spreadsheet or another system. Resumes as PDFs are fine.
- We set it up in LabourlyWe create your account, load the applicants, and add the certifications, documents and tags the role requires. You don’t have to do the setup.
- We walk you through the top 15On a 30-minute call we go through the ranked shortlist and the reasoning for each position. Then you tell us what we got wrong. That feedback is what we’re asking for in return.
Your candidate data, in writing
Before any candidate data changes hands, we sign a data processing and confidentiality agreement with you. Tick the box on the form and we’ll send it with our reply so you can read it first.
Who it’s for
- You hire for roles where a licence, certification or background check is non-negotiable.
- You have enough applicants for the role that ranking them is worth doing.
- Someone on your side can spare 30 minutes for the walkthrough and tell us what they really think.
It isn’t a good fit if you can’t share candidate information outside your company at all.
