Questions about pricing
Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?
No. You can sign up for a free trial without a credit card.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 30 days from the day you sign up. You’ll get emails and notifications as the end of the trial gets close, reminding you to choose a plan. If you don’t add a credit card before the trial ends, you’ll lose access to your account.
What’s included in the free trial?
The trial gives you 30 days on the Deluxe plan, which includes 2,500 candidates and no limit on the number of admins you can invite.
What if my team manages more than 2,500 candidates?
No problem. We can put together a custom package for your team. Email support@labour.ly to talk to a specialist.
Can I use Labourly just for certification and document management?
Yes. We offer packages just for certification and document management. They don’t include the job board or client management features. Email support@labour.ly to learn more.
Do you help with onboarding?
Yes. Every package includes free onboarding. On your onboarding call, a member of our team walks you through the main workflows and helps set up your dashboard. You can book it before, during or after your free trial.
Can you move our data from another system?
Yes. We offer several data migration options to bring your existing information into Labourly. Email support@labour.ly to talk it through.
